Growth Team
🙋 Whats in it for you?
You will be leading the growth and branding of Australia’s first student VC fund, differentiating you from any other student coming out of University in Australia. By the end of the year, you would’ve contributed to a generational idea, put a unique experience under your belt, met the most ambitious students in the ecosystem, and potentially have helped identify Australia’s next unicorn 🦄
Our promise to you is that we’ll help you learn and grow at an extremely high rate. We’ll do this by giving you autonomy in your role and by connecting you with mentors you need in order to thrive!
🧠 What you'll be doing
Channeling your inner market savant and growth hacker energies to build NextGen’s brand from the ground up, giving us a fresh look and whole new brand
In the short term, you’ll get to take ownership of NextGen’s social media channels, executing on our most pressing social media campaigns and create content
Over time you’ll have the opportunity to take growth and marketing to the next level by growing a small team, working on a newsletter and whatever else you’re keen to work on
Your primary goal is to help us reach more student founders, student VC’s and build a strong brand for NextGen Ventures in Australia’s startup ecosystem
Design skills are a bonus! We want to help build multi-faceted members to make an impact across the organisation.
There's a huge amount of creative freedom in this role and since we are at an early-stage, you'll play a pivotal role in building out our marketing strategies closely alongside other members in the team in our growth team to develop a robust and genuinely fun brand for NextGen! We want to build something different and so we highly value your insights and ideas that you would bring to the table.
