You will be leading the growth and branding of Australia’s first student VC fund, differentiating you from any other student coming out of University in Australia. By the end of the year, you would’ve contributed to a generational idea, put a unique experience under your belt, met the most ambitious students in the ecosystem, and potentially have helped identify Australia’s next unicorn 🦄

🧠 What you'll be doing
Channelling your inner artist to help propel NextGen’s brand forward:
Lots of creative experimentation to help cement our brand, including the continued management of the NextGen Ventures website and undertaking of unique projects that require website design and development
In the short term, you’ll be focused on developing some awesome visuals to help us promote exciting events for students, industry experts and more in the startup community
Over time you’ll be more involved in physical and digital experiences that require your design expertise. This may transform into whatever you/we are keen to work on.
Requirements
You care about these values: taking radical ownership, growing a garden of tall poppies, embracing curiosity, and putting humans first.
You are a current student at an Australian university and will graduate end of 2026 or later (all degrees and study fields are welcome ie. PhD, MBA, CompSci, Eng, etc)
If selected, you can commit a minimum of 8 hours per week (flexibility with exam season) until the end of 2026 with awesome opportunities to continue in 2027
